Hello. Thank you for your interest in The Hughes Center. We hope that you find our website helpful in gaining information that will help you understand all that The Hughes Center has to offer. Through many professional disciplines, we offer a true umbrella of services that addresses the needs of our residents. Our goal is to provide unique and specific interventions to allow for a more stable future for the individuals we serve. From our Day School to our Residential Treatment Center, we will provide the treatment necessary to move our residents towards a more independent future.

Although we have only been in operation for a short time, our campus has a long history of serving children and adolescents with special needs. Our physical layout offers many benefits and affords our residents personal freedom and access that is not typical for an individual in residential treatment. Treating individuals ages 13 to 22, we have programs that meet the needs of individuals who may soon be transitioning into independent living situations. Whether it is spending time in our gardening program, building tables in our vocational program or taking time to collect eggs from our chicken coop, our residents get real life opportunities to learn skills that will translate into activities that they can maintain the rest of their lives.
